All bookings are to be made only via email or Whatsapp as to avoid miscommunication or delays.

No more than two people are allowed to accompany you to your fitting, unless a prior arrangement has been made. 

Full package fee are to be paid before or on the day of appointment. We prefer an EFT and will not be accepting cash,  but do have card facilities at the studio.

As our dresses need to be shipped, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, to secure your purchase.

Full payment will be required before the garment will be released to you.

 Fittings/Consultation with the designers are scheduled by appointment, via email or WhatsApp only to avoid any miscommunication or delays.

 In the event that there are changes/alterations required to the initial design, the changes/alterations and extra charge, if applicable, are to be agreed upon and confirmed by both parties in writing.

 Fittings to take place only at Suné Snyman Design Studio (44 Huguenot Way, Durbanville, WC, 7550, South Africa). Unless prior arrangements have been made.

Any major alterations/changes, i.e. reconstructing a bodice, changing the style/silhouette of the skirt etc., requested within a 4 week period before the wedding / event will be charged at an additional minimum cost of 35% of the original quote for the garment plus any additional fabric that is required for such a change plus any additional overtime that as required.

 We recommend not picking up your garment any earlier than a week before your event, and will not release your garment to you earlier than two weeks prior to the event, unless a prior arrangement has been made. 

Pick up will be solely at the studio (44 Huguenot Way, Durbanville, WC, 7550, South Africa) unless a prior arrangement has been made.

The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving a written notice, before or during the first fitting. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and it shall be forfeited. 

 In the event of a cancelation by the client after the first fitting or any alterations, the full quoted price will be become due and payable by the client.
