Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend you start your dress hunting 10 to 12 months prior to your wedding date, and locking in your dress at least 4 to 6 months out. This gives sufficient time for any design and fit alterations. This timeline minimises the risk of delays, also ensuring a smooth process for your peace of mind.

All our sample dresses range between sizes UK 6 and UK 12. We do offer in-house alteration at an additional charge and/or can order your chosen dress in your size. 

Our prices range from R 5 000 to R 25 000. When buying a sample dress we do offer a discount. Ordering a new dress will be charged at full quoted price. All prices exclude design and fit alterations. 

Depending on the time available, we can do a rush order. This would come at an additional fee and would also depend on the design of the dress. 

Yes! We offer a range of in-studio alterations. More technical alterations are done at the factory, but require more time. We are qualified designers therefore you are in good hands. 

Yes! An extra fee is applicable, the amount will depend on the alterations required. Alternatively, you can have a dress custom designed with our sister company, Suné Snyman. Suné specialises in custom evening wear and wedding dresses. 

If it is necessary for us to have your measurements for an adjustment, but you are unable to come into studio, please follow our guide on how to measure yourself.  

The waiting time will be determined by a few factors. If you buy a sample dress we can have the dress ready in as little as 4 weeks. If we need to order a new dress in your size, you could expect to wait up to 6 months. The waiting period can also be extended due to alterations needed. 

We require a 50% deposit to secure your dress. Once all alterations and fittings are done and the balance of your order has been paid, you can pick up your dress at our studio. We recommend picking up your dress no longer than a week before your wedding. 

Our sample dresses sell at a discounted price, however we do have annual sample sales to make room for new styles. Keep an eye on our instagram page for sale notifications.

Unfortunately we do not do any returns or refunds. If there is any mistake on our part noticed at your final fitting we wil accommodate you accordingly.
